Making a unique copy
How it works
From sign-up to a live post in four steps
Top up your balance
Pay in US dollars by card, Apple Pay or PayPal on the page of Lava, our payment service. The money is on your balance once Lava confirms the payment.
Upload a video
Add one video or many. They stay in your storage until you delete them.
Say how many times
Pick the videos, say how many times each one goes out and write the caption. Repeats go out as unique copies. You see the price and about when the posts will be out before you confirm.
Watch the posts go out
We make the copies and post in turn on accounts we run. A post that went out is charged and comes with a link to check it: to the post, or to the account it is on.
What you get
You order posts. The rest is our job.
The accounts are ours
We post on Instagram accounts we run and spread your posts over them. You have none to bring, connect or look after.
Every repeat is a unique copy
One order takes several videos, each posted as many times as you say. The file you upload goes out once at most: every other post of it is a unique copy, made for that post and removed once it is posted.
The price and the wait before you confirm
An order shows how many posts and unique copies it makes, what they cost and about when they will be out, before anything is taken from your balance.
A failed post is not charged
The price of a post is reserved when you order and charged when the post is out. If it fails, or you cancel it before it starts, that money returns to your balance. A unique copy is charged when it is ready, and its money returns if it could not be made.
You see where every post is
In line, getting ready, uploading, publishing, posted. A post that went out comes with a link to check it: to the post itself, or to the account it is on. One that fails says why in plain words.
Through the official Instagram app
Every post goes out from real phones, through the official Instagram app. You never have to touch one.

Whose accounts are the posts on?
Ours. We run the Instagram accounts and spread your posts over them. You do not choose the accounts and have none to bring or connect.
Can I post to my own Instagram accounts?
No. Posts go out only on accounts we run.
How do I check that a post went out?
A post that went out comes with a link: to the post itself, or to the account it is on. Until a post is out, you do not see which account it goes to.
What can I post?
A video, as a Reel, with the caption you write for the order. One order can hold several videos, each posted as many times as you say. We do not review what you upload: what you post is your responsibility.
Can the same video go out more than once?
Yes, as many times as you order. The file you upload goes out once at most. Order a video once and it goes out as it is. Order it more than once, or again later, and every one of those posts is a unique copy, made for that post. You do nothing for it: the order form shows how many copies an order needs and what they cost. If copies cannot be made at some moment, the form says so and takes a video once.
What does a unique copy cost?
Copies are paid by the minute: a copy is as long as its video, rounded up to the second. Free minutes of copies, when an account has them, are spent first. After that a minute costs what its level costs: the price list on this page has the levels, each with its own price. You pick the level in the order form, where one is picked already. The money for a copy is reserved with the order, charged when the copy is ready, and returned if the copy could not be made or you cancel the post before it is ready.
Do you keep the copies?
No. A copy is made for one post and removed as soon as that post is over. It is never in your storage and takes none of your space. The video you uploaded stays in your storage until you delete it.
When will my posts be out?
Posts go out in turn, and a post that is a unique copy waits for its copy first. Before you confirm, an order shows about when its posts will be out, the making of copies counted, and it keeps that estimate current while they wait. When there are more posts than our accounts take in a day, the rest go out on the following days: you see that before you pay. It is an estimate, not a promise.
What if a post fails?
Its price returns to your balance and the post says why. A unique copy that was already made for it stays paid: a copy is charged when it is ready. If the copy itself could not be made, the post fails and all of its money returns. You can order the post again.
What if Instagram removes a post or closes the account?
A post that went out is charged, and that stays so if Instagram removes it later or closes the account it is on: how long a post stays up is up to Instagram and to what is posted. If an account stops working before your post is out, the post goes to another account and you pay nothing extra.
Do you promise views?
No. We publish the video. What it reaches is up to Instagram and to the video.
How do I pay?
From your balance, in US dollars. You top it up yourself: pay by card, Apple Pay or PayPal on the page of Lava, our payment service, and the money is on your balance once Lava confirms the payment. Trouble paying? Message us on Telegram.
